The simple rules behind every Fiternal Farm booking.

1. Bookings & confirmation

A booking request submitted on the website is received first and becomes binding only after the farmhouse confirms it by call, WhatsApp, or email. Every booking carries a unique reference (e.g. BK-20261005-00124) — quote it in all communication.

2. Pricing & advance

Day Out ₹7,000 (10:00 AM – 5:30 PM) · Night Out ₹8,000 (7:00 PM – 9:00 AM) · 24 Hours ₹15,000 · Party ₹20,000 (7:00 PM – 12:00 PM). Beyond 15 guests, ₹300 extra per head. A 50% advance is compulsory to block dates and the balance is settled at the farm. The price agreed at booking time never changes afterwards.

3. Cancellation & refunds

Cancel by phone or WhatsApp as early as possible so the date can be released. How the advance is treated on cancellation is confirmed case-by-case by the farmhouse.

4. Guests & conduct

Day, night and 24-hour slots include 15–17 guests; parties allow up to 125. Guests are responsible for their belongings and for any damage to the property. Illegal substances and disorderly conduct lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund.

5. Liability

The farmhouse is not liable for loss or inconvenience from weather, power or water outages, or other events beyond its control. Where a booking cannot be honoured, the farmhouse will offer an alternate date or a refund of amounts paid.
