House rules

Short, strict, and the same for everyone.

1. Timings are strict

Day Out 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM · Night Out 7:00 PM – 9:00 AM · 24 Hours as agreed · Party 7:00 PM – 12:00 PM. Late checkout may be charged extra.

2. Guest limits

15–17 guests included per slot (extra heads ₹300 each); parties up to 125 members. Undeclared extra guests can be turned away.

3. Advance first

No booking is held without the 50% advance. Every booking carries a unique reference — quote it in all communication.

4. Pool safety

No diving in the shallow zones; children must be accompanied by an adult at all times near the pool and baby pool.

5. Noise & neighbours

Music off or low after 10:00 PM. The outdoor stage and speaker use must respect nearby homes.

6. No damage

Guests pay for breakage or damage to rooms, pool fittings, kitchen equipment, or stage gear.

7. Prohibited

Illegal substances, firearms, and disorderly conduct — immediate eviction without refund.

8. Kitchen & BBQ

Use the equipped kitchen responsibly; clean up after BBQ use. Outside catering for parties only by prior arrangement.

9. Pets

Only by prior permission.

10. Management rights

The farmhouse may refuse entry or end a stay for rule violations or safety reasons. Full booking terms apply alongside these rules.
