What we collect for your booking, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

When you book, we collect only what the stay needs: your name, phone number, email (optional), address (optional), booking details, and payment bookkeeping (total, advance paid, balance). We do not run accounts or tracking pixels, and no card details are ever collected on this site.

How we use it

To confirm, manage, and remind you about your booking by email or WhatsApp, and to show your booking in the private admin panel so staff can serve you. We never sell guest data, and booking-notification emails go only to authorized farmhouse accounts.

Who can see it

Only signed-in farmhouse staff can see booking details. Admin access is password-protected and role-based, and important actions are audit-logged.

Retention & your rights

Booking records are kept for business and dispute-resolution purposes. Ask us to correct or delete your details at the contact below and we will comply where the law allows.

Cookies & timezone

The public site sets no tracking cookies; the admin panel uses one session cookie to keep staff signed in. All bookings are handled in the Asia/Kolkata timezone so dates never shift with your browser timezone.
